Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Goya mobile app, the goyasocial.com website, and related services (together, "Goya"). By creating an account or using Goya, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Goya.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Goya, and old enough to consent to these Terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Usernames and display names may only contain letters, numbers, and the characters- _ ., and must not impersonate someone else or be offensive.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts to manipulate streaks, votes, or leaderboards.

You own the photos, captions, comments, bios, and prompt suggestions you post ("your content"). By posting, you grant Goya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate Goya, consistent with your privacy settings. If you submit a prompt suggestion, you also allow us to use, edit, and publish it as a daily prompt.

Your privacy settings control who sees your archive. Pinned posts are visible to everyone, regardless of whether your account is private. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared by others or must be retained for legal reasons.

When you use Goya, you agree not to:

• Post fake, staged, reused, or someone else's proof to claim a completion.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Post nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Post content that infringes someone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
• Spam, scrape, or abuse reporting or voting to target others.
• Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the service.

Prompts are suggestions, not instructions. Use your own judgment, and never do anything unsafe, illegal, or beyond your physical ability to complete a prompt.

Users can report posts and accounts. We review reports manually and may remove content, reset streaks or points tied to removed posts, or suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. If you think we made a mistake, reach out through our contact page.

Streaks, points, badges, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and can't be transferred or exchanged. We may change how they are calculated. Points already earned are recorded at the time you post.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, posts, photos, comments, likes, and follows. See Account Help for details.

We may change or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; when we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Goya after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Goya is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goya and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from completing a prompt or from your use of the service.
